INFORMATION:

After years of living, falls, injuries and 45 years of practice, my body (more specifically my left shoulder) decided it was time to retire.

On September 1, 2024 it was decided I needed surgery to repair my injured shoulder. So, the surgery was successfully performed on the 13th. Healing has been remarkable! I am SO THANKFUL! Yet, cautious and taking care not to overdo. Yes, surprisingly, I am following my own advise..."Just cuz ya can, doesn't mean ya should!"

However due to this event and other factors, my heart and mind have caught up with my body. So I've made the difficult decision to retire from PHYSICALLY taking care of folks! This is the best for my overall health.

As my body is continuing to heal, my mind is also renewing and I expect to emerge with new skills.
